Post development completion, our managers begin registrations for the Owners Corporation and associated parties. To ensure this process is seamless, we take care of the inaugural meeting from end to end. As our responsibilities include record keeping, we maintain a keen eye on every activity taking place during this period. We also help prepare all the necessary documentation, OC certificates, property audits, and related reports for the new Owners Corporation.
